4. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

RefreshMenu offers various subscription plans with recurring fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

No Refund Policy

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or charges once they have been processed.

By subscribing to RefreshMenu, you acknowledge and agree that:

•All fees are non-refundable, including fees for partial months or partial service periods.
•No refunds will be issued for service interruptions, downtime, or other technical issues that are beyond our control.
•No refunds will be issued if you are dissatisfied with the Service or decide to stop using it for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

•Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
•Subsequent months will not be charged following the effective cancellation date.
•You will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
•Your account will be downgraded to our free tier (if available) at the end of the billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RefreshMenu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Service, including menu items, images, and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
